Billing Policy

  1. Pricing

    • All prices displayed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

    • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, any confirmed order will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

  2. Payment Methods

    • We accept credit cards, debit cards and cash.

    • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

  3. Invoice

    • An electronic receipt or invoice will be issued upon successful payment. Please retain a copy for your records.

  4. Security

Service Policy

  1. Appointment Scheduling

    • All IV therapy services must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.

    • Appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time.

  2. Service Area

    • Services are provided via our mobile service within Bermuda. Mobile service availability may vary.

  3. Service Preparation

    • Clients are required to complete a medical intake form and consultation prior to receiving any IV therapy service.

    • Please arrive at least 15 minutse before your scheduled appointment.

  4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

    • Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.

    • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee of 50% of the service cost.

  5. Safety and Consent

    • All services are administered by qualified professionals.

    • Clients must provide informed consent before any treatment. If a client is deemed unsuitable for a specific therapy, alternative recommendations will be provided.


Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

    • Refunds are not available for services already rendered.

    • Prepaid services or packages can be refunded if canceled within 10 days of purchase and before any session is utilized.

  2. Requesting a Refund

    • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@vitalityinfusions.bm. Provide your order number, proof of payment, and the reason for the refund.

  3. Processing Time

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.

  4. Defective or Adverse Reactions

    • If you experience an adverse reaction or believe there was an issue with your service, please notify us immediately. We will review the matter and take appropriate steps, including potential compensation or follow-up care.
